Washington Athletic Club Prospect Packet
In 2023 we set out to reimagine how to communicate what the Club has to offer to prospective members. What used to be a folder with multiple inserts became a beautiful square booklet with a soft-touch cover and foil accents that we hoped would be kept and revisited.
These are handed out by our membership team on tours, and shared by members with their friends and family.
Menu Redesign
To better support the restaurants at the Washington Athletic Club, in 2025 I migrated all designs to Canva. Previously, the primary menus were updated by the Marketing Team, which isn’t an efficient method in the restaurant industry.
There are three restaurants and a coffee shop at the WAC, and my goal was to make them all feel cohesive, but still have their own identity. The menus also needed to be easy to edit for non-designers. Here are a few examples from the before-and-after process.
Above: Newly designed menu screens, displayed on three TVs in the WAC Cafe. The new style is easier to read and flows more naturally.
Before: The old screens had not been updated in about ten years and were difficult to read. They were also cumbersome to update.
